Terms of Use

By accessing or using the QuantPulse platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. No Financial Advice

QuantPulse is a technical analysis tool for informational and personal use only. Nothing on this Platform — including signals, Elliott wave scans, open interest data, funding rates, or any other output — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not recommend buying or selling any asset.

2. Voluntary Participation

Your use of QuantPulse is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency trading involves a significant risk of financial loss.
• You may lose part or all of the capital you invest.
• Trading may not be suitable for all individuals depending on their financial situation, experience, and risk tolerance.

3. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creators, operators, and administrators of QuantPulse accept no responsibility or liability for:

• Any financial losses, damages, or lost profits arising from your use of the Platform.
• Trading decisions made based on signals, indicators, or any other data shown on the Platform.
• Errors, inaccuracies, interruptions, or delays in data or Platform availability.
• Actions of third-party exchanges, APIs, or data providers.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Always conduct your own research (DYOR) and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All content available on the QuantPulse Platform — including but not limited to: the software, algorithms, signal logic, Elliott wave scanning methodology, user interface design, graphics, text, data visualisations, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of QuantPulse and its creators.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any part of the Platform's content, code, or methodology.
• Distributing, reselling, or sharing Platform content with third parties without explicit written permission.
• Using Platform content, signals, or data as part of your own commercial product or service.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying logic, algorithms, or source code of the Platform.
• Presenting Platform content as your own creation or claiming authorship over any part of it.
• Screen-recording, screenshotting, or otherwise capturing Platform output for public sharing or monetisation without permission.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Access & Account

Access to QuantPulse is by invitation only. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

7. Statistical Data & Privacy

For the purpose of monitoring Platform quality and signal performance, QuantPulse may collect and display aggregated, anonymised statistical data derived from user trading journal entries. This includes: the total number of closed trades, the percentage of winning and losing trades (win rate), and overall trade count. Individual monetary amounts (P&L in currency), specific position sizes, and personal financial results are never visible to other users or platform administrators. Statistical percentages are used solely for internal quality assessment and improving Platform services. By using the Platform, you consent to this anonymised statistical processing.

9. No Guarantees

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
